Plaster Mold Making

Kiss cups.  I did this set because I was contemplating why people gather together.  One of the reasons I did lips is for communication. The keys are for unlocking and understanding a different view point.

Lotus Flower. I like to think of rising above the turmoil  of the daily struggles. Out of the mud beauty comes.Thhere are some moments in time that seem to freez frame.

Here are a few tall vases that I have made for my plaster mold making class. I also used a mold to make these amazing doily candy dishes.

Tear-Drop Vases

These are some elegant tear-drop vases that I made. They are soda fired and made from a fine porcelain.

Wood Firing

I had the great opportunity to participate in a couple of wood firing. Here is the work that I had in the firing. A wood fire is a lot of fun it takes around 36hr. to complete is is worth every hour. 

This bowl is a favorite of my husband. Take a loot at the slip trailing design on the side.

This bowl fits 3X pancake recipe and I don't have to scoop and  pour.
